The location is truly amazing; you can enter the hotel through Annyeong Insadong Shopping Mall or from the street. The 6011 Airport Limousine bus stop is very convenient for both arrival and departure. The hotel is very clean and safe. The hotel is very clean and safe. Having a manual lock on the door is a huge plus. We had to transfer between elevators for security reasons, but other than that, I had no problems. Everything was easy to navigate. We even forgot our bag in the lobby, but the staff helped us immediately and returned it. The staff speaks English, and the view is incredibly beautiful. 5/5!

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and super loved the location!! It's beside Insadong Street with lots of restaurants, but the walls are thick so it was still quiet even on weekends. A few minutes walk to Anguk Station and a longer walk to Jonggak Station but since we went in autumn, the weather was cold and the street views were stunning - there were yellow trees all around the hotel. We arrived before lunch and our flight going back home was at night, conveniently they have locker room you can use before and after checking in/out with weighing scale. And a public restroom beside it. Really grateful for that. The lobby is on the 5th floor so have to take another elevator going to the rooms. The room was cozy enough and nice that they have translation on the automatic toilet. We didn't have a street view window but doesn't matter since we were out and about the whole day. Love the scent of their lobby and bathroom amenities! And they have vending machine for essentials like adapter or toothbrush/paste. Will definitely book here again next time and recommend it to friends & families.

Stayed April 2026. 11th floor room with 3 beds. I didn’t realize how great of a location this hotel was until I arrived. It’s right along Insadong cultural lane which has many shops and eateries. Close to Gyeongokgung palace. Close enough to Myeondong that we accidentally walked there (probably took 20 min). We took a taxi back the other way and it was only 5000w The room was spotless and had mini fridge, safe and kettle (no coffee maker). Espresso machines are available at the lounge. Every floor has a water dispenser and bottles of water are provided daily. Robes and slippers are provided as are basic amenities, not to the level in Japan. But I guess buying skincare will be part of most traveller’s’ plans so you can use your own stuff. Housekeeping is very efficient and performs a good job. You can choose from 9 different kinds of pillows! The hotel is part of a small shopping complex so there are a handful of restaurants to choose from. There’s also a free locker room with scale. The check out time is decent at 12.00. My experience was pretty quiet. From October through now the cooling system is not turned on. However the windows open. I didn’t pay for hotel breakfast but there are cafes open at 6:30 a few blocks over. There’s also the fantastic Insadong Spa and Sauna that’s a 10 min walk away for a great experience. I took the purple line in from Gimpo airport and directions to us to get off at Gwanghwamun station which was a long walk with luggage. Should have hailed a cab from there. Or maybe getting off at the next stop would’ve been closer.

We have never heard about this brand. We’ve got tickets for a concert (BTS) they included the hotel.!! Such amazing service! Very accessible to get to. Impecable rooms and very hosting people. For an extra fee you can get the breakfast buffet. Very easy to check in and to check out. Such spacious rooms.
